Jody Steinberg
Jody Steinberg is a founding member of the firm and presently serves as President and managing partner. In Mr. Steinberg’s 27-plus years as a member of the bar, he has litigated virtually every type of civil action; from civil rights to personal injury, from real estate and business disputes to intellectual property cases.
His practice includes handling cases through the appellate process and has numerous published appellate decisions including Van Horn v. Watson (2008) 45 Cal. 4th 322, the much publicized “Good Samaritan” decision. His most recent trial involving a landlord tenant dispute in which opposing counsel requested a verdict of 1 million dollars resulted in a defense victory and was featured in the Los Angeles Daily Journal’s Top Verdicts.
